Christine was up bright and early to hunt for eggs and her basket. Ashley, on the other hand, would not wake up after many attempts. Christine had to wait until 11:00 when Ashley woke up. That's torture for a ten year old to wait that long, but she waited patiently. When Christine finally got to go outside she was in such a hurry that she put on two different shoes. She just grabbed them and ran. With all the excitement over the Easter bunny it's easy for people to forget what Easter is all about. Jesus rose from the dead on Easter Sunday. He offers to you the gift of eternal life and forgiveness of sins. This is the true story of Easter, and this salvation is for you. I am so thankful for Easter. Eternal life with God will be awesome! I hope everyone has a great week ahead.

The picture of the eggs in the basket is awesome! (The first one on this post) Looks like the girls had a great Easter! Jake was dissappointed that the Easter Bunny didnt bring his gift to our house this year, but I think its because he doesnt live here anymore :). Jordan and Taran enjoyed hunting their plastic eggs :). Have a good week!
